Some LevelSpace code is not compatible with the tabs redesign (main NetLogo pull request #2286). This pull request updates the necessary references to ensure compatibility.

In build.sbt, change the NL version number to 6.4.0-c0582d3. That's an artifact that I published that uses your NetLogo PR's code. Once you do that, we can merge this, and have LevelSpace working in the NetLogo PR.
