Updating the version of EpiLogo with new features and bugfixes

Hello! Thank you for your submission. Apologies for the delay in getting it reviewed. Your config file changes look good and I confirmed the new jar works fine in NetLogo 6.1.1.

However, one small change is needed. The extension manager requires the jar files for an extension to be immediately inside the zip file, but in your zip file there is an inner folder. We've got a writeup on the scenario with an example. Once you've got the files placed inside the zip file without a folder, we should be good to merge. Let me know if you have any questions on it.
