Add MutableList 1.0.0 #50

Hi, further to an issue I submitted in October some time (about garbage collection issues) I've built a mutable list extension that I'm hoping will fix the problem (I need to see if it really does... :-)

Closing this as there in favor of the 1.1 version PR. Just a note that you can update PRs by updating your branch and the changes will be reflected here. It's not a big deal, though.
