Simplify install process #41

Some of the install steps could be put in the init shell script, instead of needing to be copied in by hand. Simplify the install by updating the script and readme

53f3fa9f4fe6881e5d9041b829a17880c08f818d is an initial commit (in the easy-install branch) relating to this. It should be super straightforward, but there's a chance for the gvm installation and groovy/grails installations to fail, which could pose a problem.

Maybe you could release a docker image with grails-nV to make it trivial for anyone to run it?

Would love to make grails-nV part of the w3af test suite, but in order to do that I need a docker image https://github.com/andresriancho/w3af/issues/12211
