Metadata hash validation #105

@Shachindra how can I validate this, not sure which hash ipfs uses, upon seeing docs hash can be anything?

Need to create a DID spec and the frontend (Extension and Webapp) must adhere to it. So we can easily validate on our backend and proceed with delegate review submission
