Web screenshot and index upload is not stable #30

After some time like maybe RPC error the screenshots and index page is not gathered. Maybe need to get the error from channel

It seems that the docker image used for production doesn't have chromedp

Along with this, ws sometimes is not alive and error is not reported/caught
