Dontkillprocess implementation #540

Added changes to constructor and properties to allow DontKillProcess. This will modify the cmd/script files to whether include the waiting process or not.
Also added property to expose the Install process to be able to monitor its progress externally.

On second thought maybe it should of been named DontWaitOnProcess or something along those lines.
