With 5.x Kernel and DPDK 22.11 #1047

Git available package doesn't build with latest Ubuntu 20.x - kernel 5.x due to incompatibility of DPDK and kernel version. Upgrading DPDK to 22.11, still doesnt build due to incompatibility between DPDK and BESS core (dpdk interface code).

If any latest code/package exist which can be used, please point. Appreciate any other solutions/suggestions too.
