The development of this project has been discontinued.

Please consider NetTopologySuite.IO.Esri as a replacement.

@FObermaier I understand this, but is it possible to make a stable (nuget) release with the PR's that have been approved and merged?

Second, there is currently no package available with the name NetTopologySuite.IO.Esri on nuget
