Hello,

I couldn't find the CoronaPipeline.yml file for installation of the pipeline.

Best,

Thorsten

Hi Thorsten, Your are right. You can now find CoronaPipeline.yml in env directory. Thank you for your comment,

Dana.

Dear Dana,

Thanks. The installation was now successful. I have noticed that some paths to the novelMutTable.csv table were set for your computer system e.g in MutTable.py such as “pd.read_csv(“/data/projects/Dana/scripts/covid19/novelMutTable.csv”)”. I had to change this.

Otherwise the pipeline runs perfectly.

Thank you and best wishes,

Thorsten
