Enable compilation on macOS #1

Check for Darwin and use glibtoolize if found
Upgrade to the latest upstream postmark v1.53 http://www.slac.stanford.edu/~alfw/postmark-1.53.c.gz
Rename source file to postmark.c
Move a few function declarations before their use (to appease clang on macOS)
Explicitly include a few headers (also to appease clang on macOS)

@dgsga Since we are looking to start messing more with the inner workings of afpd, I think it'd be good to start using this test suite.

This changeset got at least spectest running on macOS for me, although with a lot of failures that I need to look closer at to know if the code is fully functional on macOS or not...
