Non-primitive CIM data types (classes with stereotype CIMDatatype) always consist of three attributes:
value
unit: UnitSymbol
multiplier: UnitMultiplier
Often, perhaps always, each of these attributes has a fixed value as provided by cims:isFixed. I don't currently see a way to transform this into a LinkML concept.
