Ensure /jcr_root is removed from path for the case that yaml files are read from install hook

The the UI should show the same path no matter if triggered from UI or from install hook (install hook currently prefixes paths with /jcr_root

Also the hash functionality to avoid re-applying already applied configurations relies on the same path.
