YAML files are not consistent after deploy #684

When I deploy an updated YAML file to my AEM server, I can see that the ACLs are successfully changed. However when I "download dump" and compare the local version of the YAML file to the one that I just deployed to the AEM server, I see many different permissions for groups. Shouldn't the two YAML files be identical? (except for out of the box AEM groups)

The issue was that the local environment was missing content paths.
