Improve logging #85

At the moment we have quite verbose warn/info logging, a typical run of the AC Tool with default logging config (means INFO/WARN is logged) should only include the following information:

The config file names that are applied
Success (or no success)
Moved or migrated users/groups
Only warnings that require action
