This one is a bit confusing, because originally this was part of the migration Franklin project to use the new designs when migrating over the performance engine graphs and Santiago has already spent time developing this. But in the process of working with the Mack engineering team to gather the data needed for these graphs, they have requested additional changes that will be needed in order to publish this. We can combine this ticket with https://github.com/hlxsites/vg-macktrucks-com/issues/90
