On the Community section of the MackTrucks Homepage, there are both links and buttons for the same sections

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://develop--vg-macktrucks-com-rd--netcentric.hlx.page/ and scroll down to the Community section
2. Notice that there are both links and buttons for the same thing in the section

Expected results Only have buttons (?) on the Community columns (and add button instead of link for the first one)

Actual result There are both links and buttons on the Community columns for the same thing
