Bug: Medium - Hover state of V2 video card has grey textbox #166

On the V2 video block for the Electromobility video on the home page, when the user hovers over the CTA to begin clicking on "Explore" there is a grey text box that appears around the CTA. The expected behavior is for the CTA to only be underlined on the hover state, and this ticket should remove the grey button background.

Here we’re using the tertiary button instead of the CTA. This is the defined background for buttons in a dark context. I understand that this is not your expectation, but we’d have to consult with the agency if we want to diverge from the design system.
