Fix CA Certs Bundle Location for CentOS #52

The curl build assumes that the bundle is located at /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt, which works for Ubuntu, but on CentOS, it is located at /etc/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt.
