Changes in this PR

Implements the new changes for adding the new endpoint in the main Conductor repo to allow for grabbing the all of the workflow definitions, but just the latest versions.

@alexmay48 Thanks, but can you run applySpotless and also do not check in the dependency lock files since they are currently pinned to snapshot version. When we do a release, they will get updated with the latest released version automatically. Otherwise, this looks good. Thanks again.
