release version 1.0.2 #102

It's time to release Denominator v1.0.2

Includes resource record set CRUD and TTL operations for DynECT, Route53, CloudDNS, and UltraDNS
Includes a command-line client with EC2 hooks for instance metadata
[x] cut 1.x branch
[x] bump master to 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT
[x] have @allenxwang test 1.x branch
[x] release 1.0.2 from 1.x branch, publishing to maven central
[x] point the homebrew formula to use maven central location of the fat jar as download source (http://dl.bintray.com/content/netflixoss/denominator/denominator-cli/release/1.0.2/denominator?direct)
[x] update bintray binary including version number
[x] communicate via irc, google groups, twitter etc.

@allenxwang you're up! can you test denominator from 1.x branch? ping @garethbowles when you are done for release.

looks like need to do a small fix in the cli build.gradle

Staging Signature Validation
    -Missing Signature: '/com/netflix/denominator/denominator-cli/1.0.0/denominator-cli-1.0.0-fat.jar.asc' does not exist for 'denominator-cli-1.0.0-fat.jar'.
