Release denominator 2.3.0

It's time to release Denominator v2.3.0, which adds a url key to our yaml config and a new OpenStack Designator provider tested on HP Cloud DNS. This also deprecates ResourceRecordSet.rdata() for the more intutive name: ResourceRecordSet.records()

Current Progress:

[x] update README.md and denominator-cli/README.md
[x] bump 2.x branch to 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT
[x] release 2.3.0 from 2.x branch, publishing to maven central
[x] add denominator-cli version 2.3.0 to bintray, uploading the fat jar as denominator-cli/release/2.3.0/denominator
[x] Update the homebrew formula with the latest bintray content
[x] verify that 2.3.0 is in maven central
[x] communicate via irc, google groups, twitter etc.
