dispatch-docker upgrade requires password reset #110

After setting up an initial user and making myself admin, I tried to do an upgrade by running install.sh again. Afterwards, I can no longer login with the configured password. docker-compose logs -f only has:

web_1        | INFO:     172.25.0.1:43174 - "POST /api/v1/auth/login HTTP/1.0" 400 Bad Request

The users are still present in the dispatch_user table.

After resetting my password to the same value, I can login again.
