Cleaned up test files and fixtures #963

Replaced require()-based test loading with standard Jest config
Removed unreferenced test fixtures
Addressed open comments from https://github.com/Netflix/falcor/pull/962

Same tests, same test coverage, but now it takes 6s instead of 10s (caveat: "on my machine").

Coverage remained the same at 92.597% when pulling 91fbcd3d34230dd955cba6c2d486df8cd1dac8c7 on jcranendonk:test_cleanup into 14dda26030c1326945c1d1d6152f6e6b8e90a642 on Netflix:master.
