How to report a security vulnerability? #1209

Hello

I'm trying to report a security vulnerability, I tried via bugcrowd, but it was closed as out of scope, ( Genie is not covered by the bug bounty programme ). I also tried via security-report@netflix.com but I got a automatic response pointing be towards the bug bounty programme.
