Add infra-as-code deployment example #41

Uses terraform + ansible to deploy OSS Tracker to a single AWS EC2 server (e.g. t2.small).

More details in the bundled terraform/README.md and ansible/README.md.

@gsaslis I wonder if we could better host this as a separate repository that you maintain. The reason I suggest this is that I'm not sure we can test this at Netflix as don't use Ansible or Terraform. If you decided to host this in another repo, we could update the README.md to point people to the other repo? Thoughts?
