PyPI Packaging #276

Are there any plans to package this app up to be installed using something like pip in order to make the installation process very simple?

@monkeysecurity Let's trade horses, I can work on it but I expect a pull request to Lemur :-)

I see this listed in pip now though it is way out of date (0.4.0) Any chance of seeing the latest make it in?
