restrict ipv6 sockets to sending/receiving ipv6-only packets, there are separate sockets for ipv4, fixes possible binding errors
fix binding ipv4/ipv6 sockets to specified interface(s)
skip bonding slaves and bridged interfaces, thay are not usable anyway, limit socket count and send error logging

This patch will require wsdd2 run as root to work. (Due to SO_BINDTODEVICE call) Even without -i param.
