Web filter: bad profile and filter validation

It's possible to create a filter and than a profile with the same name in ufdb-guard.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to the "Web content filter page"
• Create a filter with name "t1"
• Create a profile with the same name

Expected behavior

Creation of the new profile must fail.

Actual behavior

Creation of the new profile doesn't file and the web filter doesn't have a functional configuration.
