Implement the Cockpit UI for nethserver-freepbx

Install nethserver-freepbx
Toggle "Allow external IAX access" and/or "Allow external SIP TLS access" checkboxes
Click "Save" button
Verify that asterisk configuration has changed as expected
Create and/or delete a web interface access
Verify that httpd-fpbx configuration has changed as expected
