Janus-Gateway: update to the latest commit on master a71354b (> 0.7.6) #5914

Description

As suggested by Meetecho support, it's better to always have janus-gateway aligned with the latest commit of the branch master.

Update the version of the package.

Update also libnice to 0.1.15 as suggested by meetecho https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/commit/b54f9770bca740344b383d2a8639b0219c23a131
