App list not refreshed after node removal

The User portal shows a list of applications bound to the user domain. If a node is removed from the cluster with its running modules, the User portal app list is not refreshed.

Steps to reproduce

Configure a cluster with leader node1 and worker node2
Install Samba account provider in node1
Install Mail and Webtop in node2
Remove node2 from the cluster with the Mail and Webtop instances

Expected behavior

If I go to user portal of node1 and login as domain user, the app list is empty

Actual behavior

The Webtop app is still listed in the user portal
