Roundcubemail and Webtop migration fixes #6851

Steps to reproduce

install mail and nethserver-roundcubemail once configured you could decide to upgrade to nethserver-roundcubemail-next then install nethserver-ns8-migration and migrate mail and roundcubemail install webtop and configure virtualhost Expected behavior

I expect no error the mail and the roundcubemail are migrated

Actual behavior

Mail is migrated but roundcubemail is not migrated because the database is missing inside the default mysql, we have an error

mysqldump: Got error: 1049: "Unknown database 'roundcubemail'" when selecting the database I expect also that webtop is migrated with its virtualhost and it is not the case Components
