Migration of roundcubemail is broken #6876

Steps to reproduce

Install mail + roundcubemail Install nethserver-ns8-migration install account provider attempt to migrate the mail stack to a NS8

Expected behavior

I expect to succeed

Actual behavior

We cannot migrate, once the migration steps ask to create a virtualhost for roundcubemail, it hangs in the browser.

the three cases are good except we have an error with webtop, during migration the table ns8_webtop_init and we wait after a timeout to succeed the migration
