Understand join node TLS check error

When sysadmin wants to join a node a TLS validation error might arise. The message is not clearly understandable.

We can either:

• disable TLS check by default
• improve error message reporting

For example, if the TLS certificate is not valid this should be the expected result:

Now a toast error notification appears instead.

install a NS8 from stable and initiate the cluster install a NS8 from 2.5.5-dev.3 and join the cluster you will have different messages to explain why you cannot join the cluster

• no join code
• use a the join code cannot be decoded
• use a bit more longer : the join code cannot be parsed
• the tls certificate cannot be verified
