Ns8 core ui: wrong loki instance label validation

Steps to reproduce

In NethServer8 cluster admin ui panel:

Go to Settings -> System logs
Click right top menù button on loki card
Click edit label
Confirm edit with empty value

Expected behavior

I can set empty label to reset loki instance label to default (remove it), because field is marked as optional.

Actual behavior

Returns Required error and i cannot set empty label value, and so i can't reset loki instance label. After set a loki instance label, it's not possible to reset it / remove it.

Fix suggestion

Remove loki instance label validation from ui view.
