SOGo restoration is broken

Steps to reproduce

• Install and configure SOGo with mail server and a account provider
• configure the backup
• try to restore SOGo

Expected behavior

SOGo is restored without issue

Actual behavior

We have some errors relevant to missing environment variable and not boolean variables
