Software Center extended information

Applications in Software Center must display new attributes that define

the repository (which can be trusted or not) that provides the application (origin)
the certificator: Nethesis, or Community
the app author (Nethesis or not)
if there is paid support from Nethesis with the cluster subscription plan

From the above attributes a Certification Level is calculated, with five possible values from 1 to 5:

[ ] Display the Certification Level badge in the application list view of Software Center (see screenshot). Hide the app description text.
[ ] AppInfo: display rootfull label value. A rootfull app is security-sensible, a warning is needed
[ ] AppInfo: Terms & Conditions URL (optional)

[ ] API list-modules: add attributes
- testing_version object (optional) to implement the upgrade to a testing release of an instance with a stable release
- upstream_name string (optional) for apps like Nextcloud, e.g. "Nextcloud 27"
- terms_url URL to external document with Terms and Conditions (optional)
- certification_level integer (optional) See above
- repository string (optional) Name of the repo providing the app

[ ] Settings > Software Repositories: Sort by Name
[ ] Settings > Software Repositories: Display Warning when non-official repo is added
[ ] Settings > Software Repositories: Remove the Testing switch, Testing column, Inline Warning link/button (in Software Center page -- see image below)
