Call forwarding closes the phone island

Describe the bug When a call arrives from a queue, transferring to another extension, the phone island closes after sending the call to the extension. The call continues to work and there is dialogue between the two extensions, but the transfer cannot be completed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. answer the call that comes from the queue
2. transfer the call to an extension
3. wait for the extension to answer
4. check if the phone island is still available

Expected behavior When transferring the call to an extension, the phone island must allow the transfer to complete after the extension answers.

Actual behavior By transferring the call to an extension, the phone island closes as soon as the call is sent to the extension. The conversation with the called extension remains active, but the transfer cannot be completed.

Do I have to be part of a queue to reproduce this error? If so, I need the 3 assigned accounts to be in a queue

in reality it can also be reproduced on internal calls whether you answer or call
