DHCP: expose force option inside the UI #454

Add to the UI the force status of the DHCP in the advanced properties. This option must work with inverted logic respect to Luci interface, the default is forced with a toggle to NOT force the server.

Default behavior: dhcp server forced ‌ Suggestion for the label: ”Don’t start if there is another DHCP in the network"

Everything seems ok to me, the configuration is written consistently with what is reported in the user interface.
