Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

The new IP must be added both inside mwan defaults and on each configured wan.

Actual behavior

The IP is added only inside mwan defaults inside /etc/config/ns-api and not to the wans inside /etc/config/mwan3.

Components

Version: 8-23.05.3-ns.0.0.5-rc2

Verified both with existing wan and by adding a new one: changes are applied correctly
