A bug has been spotted in the reverse proxy UI, the "Allowed IPs" section when creating a path/domain doesn't have the same logic as the frontend one, creating a situation where you must add IPs. This is not intended due to the backend having the field as optional.
Access the reverse UI page and configure a path or a domain reverse proxy with Allowed IPs (any)
Edit the path or domain created and delete all Allowed IPs

Steps to reproduce
Access the reverse UI page and configure a path or a domain reverse proxy with Allowed IPs (any) Edit the path or domain created and delete all Allowed IPs
Expected behavior
IPs should be updated accordingly to the UI.
Actual behavior
IPs are still present.
