Firewall: reduce the space between rules #487

It would be helpful to reduce the space between firewall rules to allow more rules to be displayed on the screen. Using the same spacing already used for the multiwan rules should maintain good usability (for drag and drop) while allowing more rules.

Verified: on my screen I can see 7 rules, previously I was able to see only 6 rules. The drag and drop works good.
