gts.py instances do not use all of the available processing power #5

Brian confirmed that we should 'check the gts.py file line 58 and set
load_throttle = 0'.

Will probably be fixed in the next version.

My bad. Fixed on the experimental branch. Once the experimental branch is 
merged back into the main brach I'll release a download version containing the 
fix.
