Rename methods #3

Better names, something like: GivenASentTransaction GivenADeployedContract WhenQueryingThen (seems ok in BDD) or Fluent WhenQuerying.ThenExpect(message).ThenExpect(custom method)

And Fluent for EventChecks as per #2
