Batch processing #3

Every 2nd file to process failes and gives the following error: 'Error: was unable to enrich the msnfile using the MSn: filename.RAW.mzxml.cml'

Could not reproduce this error on the current version. This error is only shown when there are no reaction found in the CML

Ok, I think it is important to realize when installing MetiTree locally that these things can apperently happen....

If you follow the steps listed on this wiki page: https://github.com/NetherlandsMetabolomicsCentre/metitree/wiki/How-to You should have a 'perfect' running version of Metitree. This version will only work on the local machine. When you want to access it over the network you will have to make additional configuration changes to Metitree to get it working.

Any problems can be posted on GitHub using the issue tracker.
