Description

It's a simple crowd fund application along with tests using foundry.

Checklist

[ ] CI Verifier: Run cairo_programs_verifier successfully
[ ] Contract Tests: Added tests to cover the changes
[ ] Remix Link: Added a link to open the contract in Remix
[ ] Deployed Contract (Optional): If possible, include a Voyager link to a deployed contract on Goerli

@Mohiiit I fixed all the dependencies stuff. You can continue working from now on.

Just a warning, I didn't found a way to run scarb test and automatically resolve snforge tests. So foundry tests are not enforced on the CI currently, please run snforge test manually in the crowd_fund folder.
