Follow up to https://github.com/NethermindEth/juno/pull/1857 and implemented feedback from the initial release:

• [x] Add 4m as the upper limit for rpc-call-max-steps
• [x] Add default values for max-vm-queue and max-vms
• [x] Update the OPEN-RPC playground URL for better presentation in link previews
• [x] Add a note in the updating guide to use the same db-path
• [x] Point the releases URL to the latest binary
• [x] Fix search-index.js issues with the search functionality
• [x] Make node endpoints URL tied to spec release
