Implement `starknet.rs` support for call endpoints

Implement autogenerated starknet.rs support for the following endpoints.

• starknet_call
• starknet_estimateFee
• starknet_estimateMessageFee

Hey @malik672 I don't know if you're still working on this but it's been implemented in #20 by now.

still working on it, implemented all of it tbh, just want to see a pr get merged to see the standard, don't want to pull any unnecessary pr, most guys here have a different standard for the same code
