I implemented maintaining state of API KEY when the page is refreshed as raised in issue.

I also moved a function transformParamsToArray and constructParamsArray function to the utils.ts file to improve readabilty of the Builder.tsx file.I am willing to do a refactor of Builder.tsx if needed. But i figured it has mentioned in this issue #4 if it has not be taken up by anyone but i will be need more clarification.
